Andre Jones released from jail, claims mistaken identity. He says he has an alibi, for his sake I hope he’s telling the truth.

IF this is true (note: big IF), I hope all the “news” outlets and fanboards will report of AJones’ innocence as freely and with as much glee as they reported his presumed guilt.

Hope this is resolved soon, for everyone’s sake.
