Former Longhorn has had quite the last three years. First he wins a national championship with Texas, then named the Thorpe Award winner in 2006, he got engaged to the fastest woman on the planet in 2007, and now he starts 2008 off by adding a Super Bowl ring to his collection.
Ross played well Sunday night and helped the excellent New York Giants’ defense contain the Tom Brady, Randy Moss, and the rest of the New England Patriots. He did well in coverage mostly in the slot and was credited with two tackles. Because of Ross and my hatred for the Patriots, I actually found myself rooting pretty hard for the Giants during the game.
