It’s never easy to lose to [tag]Oklahoma[/tag] but the Horns played their best game of the season and gave some hope that the all is not lost. ESPN’s highlights are below:

Tough loss to stomach made even tougher when USC and other top teams fell Saturday. Texas is clearly down this season but if they could have found a way to eek out a win against the Sooners they would have been right in the thick of things. Now with two Big 12 losses the Horns can’t afford to lose another game this year if they have any hopes of a conference title or major bowl appearance.

Longhorns 4 life (actually a Sooner)

We have lost 6 out of 8 games versus the sooners?!?!?! We need a new coach!!….mack brown….you need to go!!

[Editor’s note: This comment is actually from the same Sooner as above. He doesn’t realize maybe he should change his email address if he’s going to be an OU fan one post and a Texas fan the next.]

And Texas won the previous 3 games before that. Nice selective memory. Texas has WON 5 out of the last 11 against the Sooners. While I wish we’d kill those SOB’s every year, in an even rivalry like this one it really is going to go back and forth and even out over time.

It’s not Mack Brown, at times he can be frustrating, but it is our O-coordinator, he sucks.

I dont understand why teams have to play dirty, ou, atm? Its cheap!
