Wow, some big upsets this weekend definitely made for some big movers in my poll this week. I am dropping Oklahoma all the way down to 15 and Auburn down to 21. I still kept Miami in the Top 10, even with their loss to FSU, mainly because of how good their defense is. I can’t wait for Oklahoma to lose another game so I can drop them out of my Top 25, haha.

A lot of movement on mine as is to be expected from such an early season list. Big drops from Oklahoma and Miami (losing will do that to you) and gains from Iowa and Georgia. The Bulldogs looked real good against a Boise State team that I thought would be pretty decent this season, DJ Shockley looks like he’ll step in nicely for David Greene. Just as importantly, a lot of the teams ahead of them looked pretty darn average. Notre Dame makes what I think will be a brief appearance in the top 25, they’ll most likely lose three or four of their next five games.

By the way, I told you so about Auburn and Texas A&M.
