I know this doesn’t really have anything to do with Texas Longhorns sports, but this video reminded me of some of the embarrassing college raps songs we have shown in the past (Don’t Worry, Aggies Can Also Rap and Ohio State Rapper Reps His Countaaaay).
Two Georgia Tech players Josh Nesbitt and Jonathan Dwyer fans decided that their new option is so good that they felt the need to make a rap video. And they somehow talked some players into making cameos in the video.
It’s hard not to laugh pretty hard when watching this video, and yet I think some of their fans actually like it. I doubt the “perfect option” will prevent them from getting destroyed this weekend by Virginia Tech.
Check out the ridiculousness below. Thanks ESPN.

Ummm…that’s not Nesbitt and Dwyer. Those are just two Tech students. You can tell because they’re you know, white, and not athletic. But yes, as a Tech fan, I agree that the song is lame.

Matt – You idiot. Those are NOT Georgia Tech players. They bare a couple of hambone Tech guys who create videos. Do they look like they could play Div. 1 ball? Hell no!

@Adam: In fairness to Matt those two guys do look like they could play on Paul Johnson’s Navy teams.

The fact that they aren’t players makes the video even more stupid in my eyes.

It’s not supposed to be professional, or even representative of what the majority of Tech fans think. It’s just supposed to raise some school spirit!
Get over yourself.

Yes the video is awesome and you’re just jealous that your team doesn’t have one! It is one of the best raps i have ever heard and I bet they can rap better than you! Go Georgia Tech! and we do have the perfect option! and I agree that you need to get over yourself! and the song is very successful and on itunes so you need to keep comments like that to yourself because nobody wants to hear it! 🙂
