Here’s our projections for how the first round of this Saturday’s NFL Draft will go down. After the first seven picks all hell breaks loose as Matt and I very greatly on who we think goes where. Just one of the many reasons why the NFL Draft is like Christmas and Opening Day rolled into one weekend for both NFL and college football fans.
We’ll have a little further analysis and thoughts on where the other Longhorns like David Thomas and Cedric Griffin will be headed in the next couple of days.

The 2005/2006 NCAA bowl season starts off a little slow as a lot of 6 win teams face off in mid-December. Hard to get excited Southern Missippi versus Arkansas State. Heck I didn’t even know there was an Arkansas State. The matchups get better after Christmas as everything builds towards the epic Texas – USC matchup in the Rose Bowl. Should be entertaining to watch 28 teams try to end the year with a win. Be on the lookout for more detailed previews from Bevo Sports for most of the games.
